Restoration of exhibition spaces in a historic building

Restoration of exhibition spaces in a historic stone building in Sarentino. The original masonry and arches are preserved and brought to light; the new insertions — wooden floors, a blackened-steel staircase, integrated lighting — dialogue with the old material without imitating it. A measured intervention, where the contemporary detail serves the historic substance.
