Real-estate development proposal

A residential real-estate development proposal in Montagna, in an alpine setting, explored through study models. The volumes, with pitched roofs, adapt to the slope of the terrain, seeking a balance between building and landscape. The study defines layout, orientation and the relationships between the buildings at feasibility scale.
